Need a simple dessert idea to enjoy this Easter? These Blood Orange Creamsicle Parfaits are fresh and festive and make good use of any fruit you may have received in your Perfectly Imperfect box this week. We’re using the juice and zest from a blood orange (which turns the cream a lovely pastel pink!), but feel free to swap in a navel orange. Blood Orange Creamsicle Parfait Prep time: 15 min. With grocery trips few and far between, this recipe is extra simple and calls for a few of the items in this week's PIP box along with just a handful of other ingredients you likely have in your pantry and fridge. This Vegetable Tian would make a great addition to any entree you plan to serve and elevates basic roasted vegetables into a show-stopping side dish. Every week we provide you with a recipe in hopes that we'll inspire you to get creative using the contents of your delivery of our Perfectly Imperfect fresh fruits and veggies. Well last month when our friends at Aurelia in Chagrin Falls created a delectable Walleye with Broccoli & Romanesco Risotto, using our produce, Bartender Mick McGuire also created a signature cocktail using some of the fruit we brought in.
