June 7, 2019

Happy Friday! The sun is shining, it's going to be a beautiful day and we are excited for our organic friends to get their boxes today! Squash, cucumbers, tomatoes, apples, grapes, melon, carrots, beets and lot's of other goodies are out for delivery right now! We can't wait to see what you get!

Speaking of organic goodness, we are so excited to let our friend, Abigail Taft, local Cleveland nutritionist and healthy lifestyle blogger share some of her gorgeous juice & smoothie recipes with us today! We love hearing from others on their favorite parts of Perfectly Imperfect Produce, using their voice to advocate for eliminating food waste. If you know Abby, you know she is a smoothie queen, so why not let her shine some light on our newest boxes- our smoothie & juicing boxes!

If you're wondering the ins and outs of smoothies and juice, Abigail has written a 101 article talking health benefits of both, how to utilize both veggies and fruit in your smoothies and the secret veggie ingredient to getting a super thick smoothie. (spoiler alert// it's frozen cauliflower!)

Here are a few of our favorite things she's been blending up! You can find her full recipes on her website, here.
